Delete your HAB account and data

HAB keeps your account and data on your family's own PC, not with us, so deleting is done in HAB itself:

1. Open the HAB app (or HAB in a browser) and log in.
2. Go to Menu → Settings → Account & devices.
3. Tap 🗑 Delete my account, type your password, and tap Delete everything.

That deletes your account and everything HAB keeps about you straight away and for good: your chats, what HAB remembers about you, your settings, your voice, your mail and family messages, your pictures and videos, your helpers and your Library collections. Nothing is kept.

Kid accounts are deleted by a parent: Family → People → remove. The owner of a HAB removes it and everything in it by uninstalling HAB from the PC.

Can't get into HAB any more? Ask the person who runs HAB in your home to remove your account, or email hab.aisupport@gmail.com and we'll help (we can't see your data, since it never reaches us).
